delete voice

Delete a voice by ID. The voice is soft-deleted locally and then removed at the TTS provider. When active personas (or their working drafts) still use the voice, the request is refused with 409 because deleting the voice would silence those personas’ sessions. Move the impacted personas to another voice (PUT /v1/personas/), then retry.
